Move your body. Get your blood flowing and your heart pumping.
A brisk walk around the block or some fast housework or dancing to your favorite music (you can even dance in your chair)… is enough to lift your spirits.

As H.D. Thoreau recommends, walk until you no longer think about your day. Walk until all fades and your just present in the wood.
